Safety & Insurance | Rose City Window Co.

Letting someone work around your home or building is a decision about trust as much as it’s about clean glass. Here’s what we actually do to make sure that trust is earned.

Licensing & Insurance

[PLACEHOLDER — insert real license/bond number and insurance carrier/coverage details here. This is a page people specifically check before hiring — leaving it vague undermines the entire point of the page.]

Equipment & Access

  • Proper extension ladders rated for the work, not a general-purpose ladder stretched past what it’s built for.
  • Water-fed pole systems for reaching upper-story glass safely from the ground wherever possible — fewer ladders against the house, fewer risks.
  • Appropriate access equipment and procedures for higher or harder-to-reach windows, rather than improvising.

Respecting Your Property

Screens go back exactly where they came from. Nothing gets moved without asking. If we need to reposition furniture or landscaping to reach a window, we’ll ask first and put it back after.
