Scheduling & Access

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you provide reasonable access to the windows being cleaned, including interior access where interior cleaning is requested.

Pricing & Payment

Prices quoted by phone are based on the information you provide about your property. The final price is confirmed before work begins and may be adjusted if the property differs from what was described.

Weather & Rescheduling

Service may be rescheduled due to weather conditions that could affect the quality or safety of the work. We’ll contact you as early as possible if this is necessary.

Satisfaction

If you’re not satisfied with a completed job, contact us within a reasonable time so we can make it right.
